This army is all about resilience from all the priests spread around throughout the army on the table. I reserve and DOA against certain armies, or move fast up the field against others, or sit back and try to survive and move toward objectives last couple turns. It has worked well and has been tested against several different armies at my local gamestore including: Tau, Grey Knights, Vanilla Marines, and Tyranids.

In Ard Boyz, I tied against horde Orks round 1, got a minor victory against my friend Yermom's Grey Knight list in round 2, and in round 3 I got a massacre against another horde Ork army which scored me enough points to recieve 3rd place.

I like this list so far, but any ideas for tweeks for the semi-finals will be taken into consideration.

I appreciate honest and helpful criticism, and not the "my army would kill this list in a heart beat" type.

I personally do not like Hybrid lists like this. I think you would do better with a second Stormraven, filled with the goodies you currently have.

At the very least, I think 5 chalices is too many. Consider dumping two, and trading Lascannons for Missile Launchers in the second Dev squad to take a Furioso (Talons or not, your call) as Stormraven cargo.

Current Record: 5 Wins, 6 Draws, 3 Losses 2000 points

In Progress: 500 points

i was actually considering fitting a Furioso with talons somehow. I will be testing other options before the semi-final in my area.

you have a very expensive transport. Id say if you just using it for mephy and the termies if you can put termies in them its a big ole point sink. id say an alternative would be get a dc unit in there with a dc dread instead of a furioso. i mean if your looking for a distraction there are cheaper ways to do it and get more out of the army. Like vanguard vets for tying up things faster. just something to look at. im a very big advocate of vanguard vets great for a distraction great for blowing up stuff.

Good...Bad... Im the guy with the, GUN!

Not a too bad list but the single Stormraven stands out like a sore thumb, it's just going to get blown out the sky.

I wouldn't invest in so many Priests, the Devs don't really need them.

The Assault Squad with the power weap would be better with a power fist also.
