Me , im less than average , as in you could just make out my six pack (look at my avatar thats a photo of me). My brother is very fat though and he wants to loose weight but he is too busy playing world of warcraft lol.


Basically are you fat ? Would you change your weight ? Maybe you think your too skinny ? Do you think other fat people are just too lazy to loose weight or are happy being fat ?

BMI is a flawed system, It doesn't acount for mucle density and should not be used on an indiviual basis, It is designed for mass studies

I'm 1.87m and weigh about 70.

I'm always underweight and can't gain any, no matter what I do.

According to BMI, I probably shouldn't even be alive because i'm so underweight. As it stands, it's genetic and runs in my family, which is why the doctors i've seen dismiss it as an issue, and why all the uneducated people who notice it think that it's their job to dictate to me (and previously in life, my parents) how I should eat and be fed.

I'm here, i'm healthy, and i'm an example as to why BMI is horribly flawed for individual use, as well as for use by random members of the public. Get a medical degree, a doctorate, you know, all the certifications that doctors have, maybe specialise a bit in biology, and then we'll talk, but right now, you don't half sound like an arse lecturing me on eating patterns between bites of your donut.
