Ya, I play Crons, what about it?
Also, they are just shiny space zombies with guns.

Drop the broodlords, they're rarely worth the points.
You picked what are generally considered the worst two psychic powers on the Tyrant, and Ind. Horror isn't that great either.

Your plan goes to crap against fearless armies and you will have wasted a ton of points in useless skills and powers.
Anyone with half a brain will target those paraiahs and kill them early and then you've lost 1/3 of your necron force.
Also both of you have no effective form of anti tank besides melee and glancing hits. This list although it might seem fun in theory is just a gimmicky 1 trick pony. If you go up against mech, you're both going to be in for a real hard time, You can't fear or lower the LD of tanks and against fearless units your entire army is useless.
Even for just building a for fun list, don't expect to have many fun games against anything with armor.

I've done a Crons-Nids joint list, it's almost been 6 months so you'll have to forgive me, I don't remember the exact loadouts or exactly what the list entailed just that total it was 4000 pt total 2000 pt apiece, and we kicked ass
Crons:
HQ:
Lord w/ Warscythe, Nightmare Shroud, VoD
Lord w/ ResOrb, Warscythe... can't remember
Troop:
2x15(?) Warriors
Fast Attack:
3x6(?) Scarab Swarms w/ disruption fields
Heavy Support:
3x3 Heavy Destroyers
Nids: (Note this was my partner's list so I hardly remember jack from his list but here is what I do remember)
HQ:
Hive Tyrant
Troop:
2x5 Genestealers w/ Broodlord Scything Talons, Adrenal Glands and Toxin Sacs
I think he had some warrior but I don't remember, sorry!
Elite:
Don't remember
Fast Attack:
Raveners
Heavy Support
1 Trygon maybe Prime
2 Carnifexes

Thanks for the feedback, this is played in a noncompetitive environmental, when everyone says, "Lets play a fun list game."
If you've noticed, most fun games DO NOT involve 1 Venom Spam DE player, a Mech IG army, a Mecdar WS army, and a Space Wolves RazorSpam list. They consist of the Dreadnaught Spam you always wanted to do, or a solidly Mega Nobz army in BWs.
Also, it is a legitimate list for Cities of Death, as the pariahs cant be shot up, and the rest of the army can close in more easily.

Necron list. The elite choices are not great units. Single wraith is not worth it. Trim the fat and try to get 3 monoliths. Use these to teleport warriors around and keep them safe.
Nid List. 5 stealers are too small a brood, you need enough for them to lose a few in closing the enemy and still have enough left to add a punch in CC. Toxin sacs generally better than AG. Broodlord only worth it in 10-12+ strong broods.
Hormogaunts also best with toxin rather than adrenal as the have high I anyway.
Flyrant works best with a gargoyle screen.
