Reposting this in General Discussion to see if i can some more help, if this bothers the MODS i'm sorry its been 3+ days since i posted it

Hey all, first off most of my question are paint scheme related so i assume it'll be okay to post this in the P&M forum. If not i'm sorry.
I got tired of my Crimson Fists and stripped them with LA Totally Awesome, they're sitting in soapy water as i type this and i should be ready to start priming by tomorrow so i need so help with a paint scheme. I'd like to Blood Ravens mostly because of Dawn of War 2, but i'd like a reason to actually use my librarians...

So i've looked at alot of schemes, but the ones i've like the most don't have schemes but by far my favorite is the GW page one
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/content/article.jsp?categoryId=cat1310001&aId=9600100

So can some one help me out on the scheme? I don't mean just the armor, but all of it. I'm colorblind so i can't tell if the lens are red or green much less what shade

Second Question would be what color are librarians, i've seen a couple interpretations Enchanted Blue, Ice Blue, Ultramarine Blue and other mixes but "actual" GW librarians are enchanted right?

Last question isn't painting related, but more of a gaming question. What codex should I use for Blood Ravens? I know they're a codex chapter (as in pictures and even rules in 4th in the codex marines codex), but i like the idea of using the Blood Angels codex for the librarian dreadnoughts, honor guard with any hq and the more "offensive" psychic powers.

I know they aren't blood angels so i would avoid all (or rather all i could) of blood angel's things such as death company, magna grapples, flamer pistols etc... I would use sanguinary priests (basically apothecaries) and vehicles (turbo engines aren't codex, but i'm not playing drop pods or foot sloggers)

Someone remarked that Grey Knights have lots of psychic powered guys, but i don't know/ have a codex so i wouldn't know about that...

TLDR
How do you paint Blood Ravens?
What color are Librarians?
What codex best represents Blood Ravens in your opinion?

As a sidenote, i'n colorblind i see colors differently its not black and white world to me. Also i'm not a very good painter so a simpler scheme would be preferred to something complicated.

Thanks in Advance

Librarians tend to be painted Ultramarine Blue I believe, but I personally paint them the same as my army except for there robes, which I paint blue.

Using Blood Angels to represent Blood Ravens would be fine, I believe that units like Death Company are optional now, but I defer to someone who has played them in this edition.

The eyes are green.

The shoulders are more of a Bleached bone color than white, the skulls on the gun and helmet, and the chest Aquila are bleached bone as well it looks like.

The right kneepad is black, as well as the top part of the bolter, while the bottom part and the barrel is either boltgun metal, or chainmail silver.

and I think the Blood Angels codex will work well with the ravens, Since you do not have to have Death Company any more there should be no issue with not taking them.

I tend to do my librarians backwards... armor is all ultramarines blue except for a single shoulder pad painted in chapter colors, and the robes are painted in chapter colors.

My librarian is a biker, and he's got a solid blue bike as well, even though the rest of my bikers are green. Makes him stand out real nice.
