So that leaves me 26 points to play with, plus whatever you guys suggest, with a few stipulations:
1) -I will not remove the Hawks. I know what people say, I like the model
2) -Suggestions must keep with the Biel-Tan theme. I do not want people suggesting Jet Bikes, and I will keep DA squads as my troop choice

You need more anti tank, I suggest dropping the hawks for Dragons in serpents. The prisms are pretty crap for killing tanks really. Not worth the points. I also think you've too many avengers, you only need five for grabbing objectives. Go min size with them and stay in the tanks.

I also forgot to mention that I made this to fit with my meta. The people that I normally play with do not bring anything that really warrants the use of lots of melta weapons, and should be able to be taken out by BL and the Prisms. Plus this army is mostly designed around units that I like the look of, and that does not include FD.

Also, if I reduce the DA squad sizes then I will have a total of 10 troops in vehicles.

Also, the Autarch flies around with the Hawks.

Honestly just add spirit stones on a fire prism and that will fill up points

tough to say lol, if you like the hawks keep em. i like warp spiders more personally but hey to each his own. Nothing to suggest as this list seems tailored to your meta game where you are and the hawks take up alot of points and so those are locked in.

the only thing i would sugest that you could do that doesnt go vs the biel tan theme is swap out one squad of avengers for 5 rangers and take a squad of striking scorpions that have shadowstrike so they can outflank or infiltrate. But maybe you dont like how they look? lol

I would switch out the autarch for a farseer to go with the banshees. Everytime I play with autarchs the best thing they do is suck and die.

I wouldn't put fortune on your seer you have now, it should go with the dire avengers and use guide/doom
