Depending on the quality of the brushes in the Eavy Metal brush set, $83au is actually about normal retail for good brushes. A pair of Winsor Newtons will hit about $70au easily (I should know, I recently bought some). That leaves about $15au for the case, Eavy Metal Medium and booklet.

Not as hideously overpriced as GW could have done, again, depending entirely on the quality of those brushes.
