Looks alright, but you're spending a bit too much on wargear. The Devastator squad is kind of a mess, and would do better with 4 Missile Launchers. In fact, I'd shave wargear off the Assault Squads and cut the Power Weapons from the Priests to take 2 4 Missile Launcher Devastator squads.
Another way to do that would be trying to get by with 2 Priests.

Its 1250, I think you need to drop the priests and get more shooting and assault marines

Drop the power weapons on the 2 priests and then ddrop the third entierly. This gives you 120pts. then drop the infernus pistols. I beive they are 12pts a piece giving you 150pts. If you really want you could drop the librarian aswell and then use all these points for mephiston and two meltaguns. then throw melta-bombs on an assault marines Sgt.
