$500... 32 models (all metal & resin decorative bases), one is an emperor model (will play as as maxed out hq choice using Grey Knights codex)...
Thoughts?
If I do get this, I plan to get FW preheresy proteus land raider, old school contemptor dread, and 2 preheresy rhino kits...
I'll have
2 hqs
3 troops in reg armour (6, 6, & 7)...2 units in rhinos with an hq...
2 more troop units of 5 termies (termies are troops in GKs, right?)
1 Heavy
1 Elite

Who made these models? There's never been an Emperor model, but for that price I'm guessing they're the old Skullz promotional AdMech figs?

I would really advice you to NOT take that "deal"
before i get too far ahead, i'll make this assumption first.
This army is used, and belong to another player correct?
because what i can tell you is.
1) That seller isnt selling the original.
2) Since its not original, you are paying almost triple the money of what its normally sold for.

These are brand new & we would go through paypal. They are in CA & I am in CA. As far as "rip-off" goes, yeah these are NOT GW at all....very nice though...

Those are actually pretty nice looking models, I've got about 30 of them myself that I bought for my custodes army, though in the end I ended up going with Scribor's Roman models. For the money I think the Scribor stuff is light years better then these models

Thats not what i meant. (NOTE TO MOD IM NOT ADVOCATING PIRACY, BUT ITS RELATED SO ITS GOING TO BE DISCUSSED RIGHT NOW)
What i meant was, there has being TONS of counterfeit recast done not by the original artist / company, but rather a Russian one.
And they have being circulated on ebay for ages, thus the chances of you buying the original is pretty impossible.
Therefor if that is indeed the counterfeit ones, you are paying 3x of what the counterfeiters are selling for NEW.

no prob, if your going to spend the coin might as well get the best stuff you can, the scribor stuff is pretty awesome and the perfect models for custodes. Also they are true scale so a little taller then the average marine model from GW which is neat
