I have wyches equipped with razorflails, which allow re-rolls to hit and to wound in cc, and I roll a 4 on the combat drugs chart (painbringer), allowing all affected units (wyches etc) to re-roll all failed to wound rolls. Would the models equipped with razorflails be able to re-roll failed to hit rolls, re-roll failed to wound rolls, then re-roll failed to wound rolls again because of the 2 separate rules telling them to re-roll for failed to wound rolls?

You can only ever re-roll dice once in 40k. That means for this case that you can re-roll failed wounds for either the flails or the drugs, but the second result is it.

No. You cannot re-roll a re-roll. BGB Page 2 is pretty clear on the matter.

As has been said already, the answer is an unfortunate no. You can't reroll a reroll.
It only slightly reduces the effects of the razorflail which is probably still the best wych weapon available IMO.

Yes, you cannot re-roll a re-roll so this particular combat drug is useless for wyches with razorflails.

In the same way that combat drug 1 is useless for models that cannot run.

Like a Reaver. A 1 is worthless to them. Drugs really aren't as fun as they used to be.
