Imnlooking at necrons and want a more tomb king feel for them. What wouldbyou vuys recomend with painting etc? All advice is appreciated. I was thinking a metalic gold sceme...but that might look lame...

Desert Theme schemes will help. Instead of metallics, make them look like they're made of stone or at least been covered in sand for quite some time

I would do a bone, gold, and turquoise look. Egyptians were fond of gold, lapis lazuli, bronze. I will link a site with some decent bone work and it has a step by step on how to achieve it fairly simply. Will also give you a good visual you might be able to pull inspiration from. Good luck though! :-)

I'm with Dobbs on the Gold, Bronze, and Lapis Luzili. I think it really gives it that royal egyptian flair. A few examples:

Definitely buy some Tomb Kings for some easy part swaps.
I agree that Gold (or brass) with a contrasting colour could look great. Again, check out Tomb Kings colour schemes for that egyptian theme, although you'll have far less bone
