Has anyone seen this model before? Could I use it in place of the dreadknight? I can't stand the look of the dreadknight but this model...oooh man this model...if it'll fit in place of the dread I'm picking up 3 XD
Use it in place of a Dreadknight where? In GW stores - probably no, although some of the GW store employees I know are pretty cool about it, and as long as you don't go around advertising that you have a non-GW mini (especially telling other people where to get it) - they could let you play it. If any one asks, just call it a "conversion". But don't get upset if they ask you to leave / put that model away / disqualify you. It certainly won't be allowed in GW tournaments.
In a FLGS or playing with friends, that depends on the people running the store / your friends. Ask them. Can't imagine them having a problem though, it does look like a kick ass model.
The fun thing: it is cheaper than dreadknight... and better o.O
If my post show some BAD spelling issues, please forgive-me, english is not my natural language, and i never received formal education on it...
My take on Demiurgs (enjoy the reading):

I think id modify it and work it like a warhound titan. A little modification with the legs and arms would do. Use a different head and it would be pretty cool.

Like others said you could use it so long as GW or the non-GW store owner is cool with it. For random games at friend's houses, it just needs to be the same size.
But I have a different response. Why not convert the actual dreadknight into something cool? I think that would be more satisfying.
