If it needs instructions, it's not as simple as Battlescribe, so it's already got that hurdle in front of it.
Battlescribe also seamlessly does every army for pretty much every game system aside from some outlying skirmish games like Infinity and Malifaux.
Yes, it has Orks. Of all varieties in other games as well.
