You mean to get released?
To arrive?
Or money?

Yes.... I agree GW is realaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly expensive.

Figure out the 1 army that you really adore, and hunt it down on swapshop or ebay,
or craigslist or your local GW.
Chances are there are tons of other people drooling over what you want as well, but sometimes you do get lucky.

Call it fate I guess? :3

How old are you and your brother? Sounds like he have some experience.
yes online trading can be very daunting as there are scammers everywhere.

Dig up some craigslist and make sure you go with your dad or mom, never go alone with strangers

It sounds like you are out of luck dude. Almost all of the options I would have mentioned you shot down already.

Well, what CAN you do?

Your options are:

Buy from a bricks and mortar store. Try and find one near you. This includes indipendant retailers and GW stores.

Buy from an online retailer. This includes things like the Warstore (who are great) and others.

Buy privately online. I would recommend the swap-shop on this website or bartertown. Don't be scared.

So, which of these can you do?

"Did you ever notice how in the Bible, when ever God needed to punish someone, or make an example, or whenever God needed a killing, he sent an angel? Did you ever wonder what a creature like that must be like? A whole existence spent praising your God, but always with one wing dipped in blood. Would you ever really want to see an angel?"

Judging by the OPs manner of speech/spelling, i would say hes but a child, no more than 11 or 12 years old by my guess, probably younger.

The truth is that no matter how you do it, 40k is not a cheap hobby. You're gonna have to a) use some of the very practical methods of finding cheap figures already mentioned, b) offer to help your parents with more stuff in exchange for a little more spending money, or c) be patient.

Waiting for figs is not at all a bad thing if you are trying to really improve your painting and modeling. Having access to too much all at once often leads to rushed assembly and paint. Putting a lot of extra time into units will make it that much sweeter to get a new one.

You should work on your grammar and formatting for one. Secondly, paint what you have. If you've done both of those, then you can look into expanding your army safely before the new release, whenever that is.
