Recently there have been a few fairly vitriolic posts in certain threads and whilst the Mods have done a great job editing the original post, due to the volume of posts that go through the site, others have quoted the original poster and as a result we have to endure their hate filled gak.

Would it be possible to set up some sort of automated editor or perhaps the Mods once they see such a post, keep a close eye on the next few replies for people quoting?

I feel dross like this contributes nothing to Dakka and I dont really want to read it either.

It would be best to just hit the mod alert button on them when you see them and we can take care of them that way. That will always be more effective than an automated solution.
