Hi guys.

Im running my first event, and its going to be a 1-Day Doubles Tournament at Games of War. The points will be 750 per player, making up 1500pts per team.

When do lists & payment need to be in by? I'm assuming it is £10 a team, £5 per player, right?

Money just has to be in ASAP to secure a place.

And the lists deadline is up on the GoW site.

Erm possibly yes depens if im taking my tau for a spin But most likley you can. Oh btw I am paired up with elliot but you can ask him cause I don't mind i can find someone else probably from my other club if any of them wanna go. Cause they were interested in the last tourney but it was full.

Do you think it will be a low key fun tournie or are you hoping for a very competitive one? Just so we can pitch up with the right mix of armies.

What is your ruling on transport vehicles, can they transport your team-mates units?

Will wargear items such as a necron solar pulse or searchlight also remove night fighting restrictions for the team-mates units?

Not bothered either way, but was thinking of things that have cropped up at other doubles matches

No.

Thats situational. I.e. If a searchlight illuminates a unit, its illuminated for everyone to see. And doesnt the solar pulse just make the turn Night Fighting for everyone?

If Night Fighting was off, then yes.

If it was on, vice versa

I have yet to get a single list in guys.

apologies for the last min army list by the way. this will be my first tornament and am looking forward to gaming at games of war. only visited the once on a Tuesday when was quiet so never got a feel for the place. the owner seemed cool though and the gaming space was massive.

look forward to meeting people there this sat
