How does this list sound

not very sound. Denny loves her focus for her amazing spell list. While the sirens help that a bit it still doesnt justify 2 heavy jacks at 35 points. i would choose between the 2 and drop an arc node as well. i LOVE nightmare, he is my favorite cryx heavy. Withershadow is pretty solid with her for the free upkeep as well as the offensive ability. any reason behind 3 machine wraiths? they are pretty dicey in most match ups, and hordes dont care about them at all, neither do character jacks, which are common on the table.

Yes but also a big no. Incorporeal means that the enemy can see through you and move through you. If you take a free strike at the enemy then they still get to continue through.

I also feel that you have too many jacks. Two arc nodes are enough to cast spells. Deneghra1's spells have a good enough range that you'll only need to sacrifice one per turn to get the offensive upkeeps on the enemy. Using a slayer and nightmare is just far too much of a focus hog. Both need a focus to charge and if you want to beat up that enemy heavy then more will be required. At that point you have very little to spend on spells which is where Deneghra is great.
