So I'm new to necrons only played with them for the past month, and was wondering since a lot of people say the enslavers forced the necrons into the stasis, but the necrons weren't connected to the warp, so how to the enslavers control them?

In the old fluff, the Enslavers were wiping out all the Food for the C'tan, so the Necrons and their masters went into hibernation So they could awaken to a fresh galaxy. This has all been retconned now.

The reason why Necrons went into hibernation now, is becauase after they destroyed the C'tan and the Old ones, they were greatly weakened, and could not take on the new Eldar Empire.

To give abit more detail, in the old version, as the Necrons spread across the galaxy battling the Old Ones and all the psykic races they created to defend against the Necrons, the warp began to become highly unstable. All the psykers in the galaxy were feeding a huge amount of tumultuous emotion that was stirring up the warp and causing rifts to open in it. Through these rifts came some of the warp denizens known as enslavers. These creatures spread as a plague throughout the living races killing them all off. With no life force to feed off of, the C'tan ordered the Necron race into hibernation in order to wait for life to just sprout back naturally in a few million years.

The new story is that the C'tan and Necrons, upon defeating the Old Ones, fought against eachother. The C'tan, weakened from battling, were shattered by the Necrons and spread as C'tan shards throughout millions of Tomb World, stored in pocket dimensions, never to be reunited. Doing all this however was a considerable strain on the mighty Necron war machine. With themselves having just rebelled against their, arguably, most powerful 'ally' the Necrons decided to turn to their other close friend, time. In time, they knew, the Eldar would forget about the race that destroyed the Old Ones, and in time even further, would crumple from the empire they currently held. The Tomb Worlds did not all survive as complete as the Crypteks would have hoped, and so the Necrons are still struggling to fully come back to full fighting force

Enslavers don't exist anymore in fluff.

on the forum. Obviously

No, that is a misconception.
Ward did not get rid of the enslavers; there is nothing stated that removes their existence.
All he did was remove them as the primary cause of the necron's hibernation. That does not mean that the enslavers are non-existent.

In talking about the final days of the Old Ones, "Ultimately, beset by the implacable onset of the C'tan and the calamitous Warp-spawned perils they had themselves mistakenly unleashed, the Old Ones were defeated, scattered and finally destroyed." (Pg. 7, Necron Codex)

The Warp-spawned perils mentioned are a throw back to Enslavers, since at the time the chaos gods and their daemons did not properly exist

Indeed, he explicitly states that they exist. Trazyn the Infinate has the ossified husk of one in his collection.

Indeed. The new fluff makes revolt and further infighting the reason of the hibernation, while the old fluff was allowing the galaxy to heal from the onslaught of the Enslavers (and Necrons).
