You can edit the title in the OP to make it clearer.
Anyway, I like the DE Grim darkness. Plus, it's one of the most balanced codexes for 5th ed released.

Dark Eldar, but only because the range represents the number of females they should both have. Otherwise, they are both golden.
Hoping as Aspect Warriors become plastic, we might see more female torsos for the Eldar.

Dark Eldar pretty much stomp out Eldar is terms of everything except Pysker powers.
Currently they have them beat in speed, firepower, melee, and are slightly tied in vehicle defense... Flickerfields and Night Shields are great but not better than Eldar vehicle defenses.

Only because Psykers are explicitly banned in Commoragh. The only Psyker in the codex is the Shadowseer.
