Hello, I ordered with GW website for a bit.
I remembered they used to give tracking number and items usually arrived in like 3 days so I actually like their service and brought with them a lot.
Now not that they increase the minimum for free shipping, I'm wondering if it is just my orders or they did not provide any tracking for my last two purchased.
And the shipping take like a week and have not yet arrive.
Any one feeling the same? Or am is it just me being a hater that my stuff have yet to arrived.
I wish I could just drive to pick up stuff from my local store, but my local store is usually run out of stuff like paint that I needed so my only solution is to buy online.

\If you go into the store, you can order stuff through their computer..it gets shipped directly to the store w/no shipping charge...problem solved.

Certain things cannot be shipped their regular route.

I really would love to go to a GW store where I can order stuff and buy stuff of retails. However, unfortunately in the area I live in it isn't very possible. There is a local gaming store, but their stock are really limited and take really long time to order.
I just ordered Chaos Lord plastic box and some codex and the new painting guide.
It took almost a week and half for them to get here. I just ordered a bunch of Chaos kit from the War Store and they came in 3 days which is awesome.
It may be just me that have the problem tho.

Actually, a week sounds about right. When I pre-ordered some stuff (a situation I will avoid unless no other choice) it took exactly one week to get to me. I don't think they use USPS anymore. It's all FedEx now. Must have some corporate discount or something.

I ordered some of the new paints 2 weeks ago, the shipping did seem to take a little longer then normal but I just figured it was due to the new paints. I did get a tracking number though.

(A little OT ) All the paints I got are pretty good with one exception...Auric gold, I really do not like it. No matter what I did, thin it, rretard it, straight from the pot the stuff seems like a pain to work with.



Edit- so now you cant say rretard with out it changing it to slo , anyone else find that funny.

The LotD I ordered earlier this week arrived in three days, however I do live only one "zone" away. They came via FedEx/USPS...FedEx to the local USPS hub and then delivered by a postman. Tracking was provided.

I did not pay for any additional shipping services BTW.

New release stuff may have delays due to demand, never had a problem with them

Unless you're ordering something direct only, save yourself hassle and money and go with The War Store or Miniature Market. You can avoid local sales tax and get 20-25% off.

If your local store is a GW store, you can indeed have stuff sent their for free. If it's an independent store, they should be able to order most things in for you.
