Ah yeah, some clarification would be in order. The big deep sounding drum is supposed to be timpani, and like Castiel said, the thin snappy sounding one is supposed to be a snare drum. It's not a particularly good snare sound though, I actually thought it was supposed to be a shaker when I first started the song.
