Hey Lego, it's Chowderhead. Again. For, like, the 25th time or something.
The laughing emoticon (  ) doesn't laugh on my computer. It's stuck in one face.
Should I delete cookies, or what? Or is it a Dakka glitch?

It's laughing for me too. It's just an animated gif, so there shouldn't be any server-side scripting going on. Seems to indicate that it's something on your end, unfortunately.
Clearing browser cache might help.

Google "animated gifs not working" and the name of your browser.

I was using Firefox 3 point something, and so I just upgraded.
