Not sure why the Warcry reveal would be Stormcast or Orruks considering it's almost entirely Chaos-centric with only one Warband so far not being Chaos. There's a Chaos Warband for every realm barring Azyr (for obvious reasons) and one that represents the Varanspire. There's still all 4 Gods to cover, plus the Skaven. Its content has not been dictated by any main AoS release, barring the Shadow Stalkers which was linked back to Morathi's ascension to Godhood, since it came out so I'd be surprised to see it start now.

Warcry I think is a project that changed course. It 100% started out being pretty much just chaos VS chaos. Then someone had a bright idea to make it into the AoS Killteam type game. Which is why it has rules for most armies to use their existing models and even some quick-start sets to buy for it from existing kits.
Daughter's of Khaine are one of the few non-chaos forces who has their own warcry team and I'd wager a Warcry update could be seeing multiple other armies getting new models that work both within their armies as regular infantry; and give them a diverse team for Warcry.
I would argue it's more AoS-Necromunda rather than Kill Team. There's a strong focus on narrative construction and IIRC there are missions where players can "recruit" specialists/monsters into their Warbands. The other AoS armies getting "rules" is like Chaos Cults and GSC getting "rules" in Necromunda in WD. They're there but they get the absolute minimum support with the game's focus being on Chaos Warbands. Obviously in the newer edition of Necromunda GSC and Chaos Cults (now Helot Cults) were added to the game proper and we also saw the addition of the Corpse Grinders. It might be the same for Warcry but I would be surprised and dissapointed if it was Stormcast vs Orruks.

Subject: Re:Games Workshop @ GenCon!(Reveals in OP!)
Hmm, not sure how I feel about that. I hope they have some interesting headgear and weapons otherwise they could feel like alternate orlocks (another generic gang). Again....not much to go off of with that pic but generic outcasts is not quite what I expected. I guess people who collect chaos cultists will probably love them though. Could be good conversion fodder.

I doubt it. That's a bit too fancy for "outcasts".
Worth noting that Orlocks did get art of "drudges" wearing the GSC styled mining suits. Might potentially be a tie-in gang/visual option ala the Servitor Ogryn?
The lateness of the Blood Bowl preview yesterday could have been due to GW airing an episode of a new show coming to WH+ as mentioned earlier in this thread, along with the Underworlds and Kill Team previews we've already seen.

I like him much better than the Emperor's Champion.
