Now, this is a slightly dumb question, but i just want a unified answer from the Wargamming community since well i have no idea on how to ask GW, can all space marine players use these new flyers (GK, BA, DA, BT, SW, etc) or is it just for straight up Codex Space Marine,

there is a picture on that page that seems to confirm it, I don't actually have the white dwarf yet because I haven't gotten to the game store to get one yet(because it's over an hour drive from where I live)
Part of me is sad my blood angels can't use it, then my bank account is happy because I only need to get 1 set of models for my necrons, and not also for my blood angels.
