Reserves... they aren't dead yet! Here's my idea -

HQ - Librarian terminator (stormshield, force ax) - 145 pts

Elite - 5 man Assault Terminator squad (4x hammer, 1x claw) - 220 pts
Elite - 5 man Assault Terminator squad (4x hammer, 1x claw) - 220 pts

Troops - 5 man ASM squad (flamer, 2x hand flamers on sarge) in drop pod - 125 pts
Troops - 5 man ASM squad (melta, 2x infernus pistols on sarge) in drop pod - 140 pts
Troops - 5 man ASM squad (melta, 2x infernus pistols on sarge) in drop pod - 140 pts
Troops - 10 man ASM squad (2x flamer, power ax+melta bombs on sarge) - 220 pts
Troops - 10 man ASM squad (2x plasma, power axe+melta bombs on sarge) - 240 pts

Heavy - Stormraven (TL MM + TL AC) - 200 pts
Heavy - Stormraven (TL MM + TL AC) - 200 pts

This leaves me with 5 squads available to deploy, or 3 that I can reserve.. so the starting units on the field will be the 20 ASM w/ jump packs.

The plan is, turn 1 the melta pods land, and hopefully knock out or cripple any anti-air. Turn 2, at least one of the ravens should come in, and likely the flamer pod. The any survivors from the first drop pod strike will try to tie up anti-air, letting the storm ravens close to drop off the terminators.

I am considering swapping the assault terminators out with Sanguinary Guard, for the sole purpose that I don't want to ever have to hover the ravens to pick em up after they have been deployed... Sanguinary Guard would have the advantage of being mobile enough that they can move to from target to target by themselves, once they are deposited on the target.

The problem that Sang Guard have are Terminators. They bounce right off of them. The answer to Terminators, in your list, is your own Terminators.

The 5 man Assault squads are just going to get killed the turn immediately after they drop down. You may want to make your Drop Pods 10 man, and the two you deploy your 5-man.

Why is every one so scared of terminators, even though powerweapons no longer ignore armor you can still kill them easy enough. If its the shooty style terminators hit them with assault squads, I cant tell you how many times I have wiped half a termi squad with bolt pistols. So they get an over watch shot, use the cover the shots are resolved before you move and they need 6's to hit its not an ork boy squad so 10-20 shots at the most. then you get the int 10 hit if you use your JP if not they have PF you go first they will get there 2+ armor save you get 31 attacks 4's and 4's. They are bound to roll some 1's. Its not that hard to burry them in wounds and kill the squad yes you might loose some units but you will most likley come out on top. With the assault termies they will go simo unless they have TT SH, and why 4 of those 2 at the most and put them in the fron to suck up ap 2 shots. Assaulting LC termies might not be such a great idea not that you dont get the +1 int on the charge.

Do you accomplish the same thing by combining the melta squads to one 10-man, putting them both in the same pod and then combat squadding them into two melta squads when deployed... the 6" bubble for deployment is pretty strong now for pods... unless you think you need to have deployment on two different fronts over 18" apart... one pod and one serg may shave some points for something else. Just a thought.

The difference is that the sarge has 2x inferno pistols, so he can fire 2x melta shots. With 2x 140 point squads, I can fire off 6 melta blasts on landing... a single squad combat squaded would save me some points, but wouldn't have the same destructive power.

Also, the fact that they can fire again if they aren't destroyed is pretty big. Their main focus is to clear the way for the ravens though, they are kinda suicide squads.
