Tzeentch Aspiring Sorcerer Riding a Disc
Battle Barge Impossible Fortress

Hi. Check out the Thousand Sons' discipline I made for fun.
Those who drink in the knowledge provided by the Changer of Ways never sate their thirst. Many sorcerers and magi devoted to Tzeentch make intricate webs of pacts with daemons that will be curse them forever, but the power gained from such deals is breathtaking.
Primaris Power: Warp Charge 1
The psyker may select a Primaris power from any discipline in the Warhammer 40,000 rulebook.
1. Boon of Mutation Warp Charge 1
This is a Witchfire power.
(As per Codex: Chaos Daemons)
2. Fountain of Knowledge Warp Charge 1
This is a Maelstrom with the following profile:
Range 12", Strength 2, AP2, Assault X*, Blind, Ignores Cover
*Fountain of Knowledge deals a number of automatic hits on enemy units in range for each point of Leadership they currently have. For example, a tactical squad in range with a sergeant would suffer 9 hits from Fountain of Knowledge.
3. Wind of Change Warp Charge 1
This is a Witchfire power with the following profile:
Template, Strength 3, AP2, Assault 1 Fleshbane, Haywire.
4. Whispers of Fate Warp Charge 1
Whispers of Fate is a blessing that targets a single friendly unit within 24". The unit may re-roll any failed armor, cover or invulnerable saves.
5. The Twisting Path Warp Charge 1
The Twisting Path is a Malediction that targets a single enemy unit within 24". The unit is immediately pinned unless it is Fearless. The first unit pinned in this manner gives the psyker's army a Victory Point. Players may only ever gain one Victory Point by using this power.
6. Bolt of Change Warp Charge 2
Bolt of Change is a Beam with the following profile:
Range 18", Strength 8, AP1, Assault 1 Fleshbane
I like it. Not overpowered, considering Aspiring Sorcerers are about to (supposedly) be reduced to Mastery Level 1.

I would say make Fountain of Knowledge Warp Charge 2, or make it AP-. As is, even wounding on fives, you're taking of a third of any squad within 12". I mean, in Pyromancy you pay WC2 for a melta, and this is much more destructive to all non-vehicles.
On the other hand, it's Maelstrom and hits your own guys too, so if you're using it you're on your own and will be swamped by the survivors, or you sacrifice some of your expensive Thousand Sons.
So, make it Nova and AP-, make it Nova, power 6 with two Warp Charge, or make it Maelstron, power 6 with Warp Charge 1, because that's definitely the most powerful spell of the lot

There's going to be a Tzeentch discipline in just a few weeks. How much effort do you really want to spend on this?

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

There's gonna be a 7th edition in just a few short years, do you really want to spend time learning these new rules? In fact, we're all going to die relatively soon, might as well just crawl right into our graves.
Where does this kind of detraction stop? Brometheus is obviously doing this because he finds it interesting, engaging, and fun. The same can be said about much of the rules on PR; if you aren't on board with that, then it's easier to not post in the thread than to create a post that contributes absolutely nothing - as well as implying the OP's work is meaningless.

Thanks for the ideas, it has given me a lot to think about and I will be updating this soon.
Twisting Path is fun, but I agree with some of you that other rules may need some work.
Beam Bolt of Change is fun.
