So, I have just started playing WH and have read a couple of army books and the rules etc over the past couple of weeks, so I may have been subconciously fusing or creating rules, but I could swear that I have read rules about the Eyes of the Gods that I can no longer find.
Specifically, I believe but cannot now source a rule that says I can roll once on the Eyes of the Gods table when placing units and something about rerolling 7s at some point. I think I have reread the rulebook and the warshrine rules, but can't find anything.

Is this a rule that has come to me in a dream?

If not, where is it written?

Chosen of Chaos, a Special choice in your army, can roll once on the table when deploying. They re-roll 7s.

Yup, Chosen are the only models that get to roll on the table during deployment and the only ones who can reroll any 7's or 2's and whats even better is giving the Chosen Champion the Favor of the Gods so you can choose to add 1 or minus 1 from the roll aswell.

Whats also good is taking a warshrine or 2 to give your regular warrior squads some buffs

Whats better, is to give the above Chosen unit the MoT and the Wailing Banner.

Makes them reroll even more results on the table.
