Was wondering if there are any sources that may have basic plans and layouts for some of the ships in the 40k Universe. Anything from small frigates, rogue traders, to Cargo Haulers and Imperial battleships, even Xenos and pre-heresy craft. In addition how would others here go about creating their own fluff friendly ships?
In the later case, details like these would be important:
-Power sources
-How many workers and crewmen aboard
-Special areas for Navigators and Astropaths
-Weaponry, escape pods, fighters and other vessels berthed within
-For traders, cargo holds, and hidden cargo holds.
-etc and so on

Trying to get some ideas for a DH campaign, as well as illustrations I want to create, so trying to keep things as accurate as possible fluffwise. Thanks.

Here are some of the references I've found so far.
http://www.malleus.dk/Ordo/Blueprints.aspx Pretty good selection of rough designs, with specs and details on each vessel. Very suitable for creating your own ship based game.
http://warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Imperial_Navy Not so much on blueprints, but pretty useful fluff resource, and some of the ship entries even include images of the ships.

There's lots of ship drawings/model designs available but there's no real layout/interior blueprints of ships like you find with Star Wars/Star Trek books and what not. 40K isn't that specific or detailed, and can explain that every ship is different depending on era and Forge World of production, even if they're off the same general class.

@Ma55ter_fett

Thanks, definitely some helpful details in there.

@Harriticus

Even without specific details from GW, just some rough layouts enough to give me ideas on how things are set up. So far some of the info I've found has been pretty helpful on that front, but definitely want to keep looking and see what I can find.
