Hello guys and gals. My name is Dwight and I run a small gaming club at my home in Lake Charles. We play 5th edition Warhammer 40,000. We will be converting to 6th edition but probably not too soon.
We have games every Saturday night starting at 6pm and we are accepting members. This is because the only place to play in town is at Paper Heroes and the comic shop fills up very quickly on Saturdays. We've found that there are quite a few guys and girls out here in LC that play in pairs at their own homes so I'm extending an invite to become part of a small club of gamers and friends.
We range in age from 17 (younger brothers of older player) to 26. We will not allow players younger than 17. The current members of the group are a little demented, loud and could be considered obnoxious by other parties. We play loud heavy metal most of the night and if the younger members of the group aren't around then we even drink a little.
We are a very relaxed group and I guess our attitudes and demeanor don't suit a comic shop so we play together. Some of us don't like the people that we meet at the local comic shop so this works out.
