What HQ would be best for what chaos warband? Like alpha legion, iron warriors, death guard ETC.

Huron makes a nice alpha legion lord. Just make your own model for a counts as. Give him a horrible daemon weapon, power axe, big ol' sigil, and you have a choice lord for a solid price that gives your infiltrators. Choice! Downside? No cult troops without another HQ.
