We all know about Dark Angels and their hunt for Fallen, and that they would go as far as attacking their own allies and abandon important battles to hunt for the fallen members of their Legion.
But consider next situation:
Ultramarines fought off heretics on one of Ultramar worlds and found out that the leader of those heretics is mysterious Astartes in Black Armor with markings from Dark Angels Legion. They capture him and transport it to Macragge for further studying. Dark Angels heard about that and Azrael contact Calgar and demand that he hand over prisoner to him, Calgar refused the offer because Azrael didn't want to give up any details on why would Dark Angels want him.
Would Dark Angels go as far as attacking Macragge and opossing Ultramarines to get one of the fallen?

What I do think is Azrael would be allowed to interrogate the prisoner, he would arrive in a fast strike cruiser, walk in introduce himself to the fallen, slap a teleport homer on the fallen, zap out and run for it while calgars getting a couple of coffees for his guest.
