Just a quick question, How many grey knight are in a Grey Knight Brotherhood?

A hundred. Same as a company. Exceptions being the Purifier and Paladin brotherhoods.

Each company also has its own Terminator armor. So around 40 of its number can deploy in Terminator armor, and the other 60 will deploy in PA(as either Strikes or Interceptors)

Not true, it can if wanted to have its whole chapter in TA armour. They use PA for tasks but TA is the norm
