There's a rather large thread on this actually, but general suggestions are something called 'Simple Green'.

Any kind of domestic degreaser should work though, I'm not sure what kind of products you could buy in Italy. Just look around for any time of degreaser, if it's green that's a bonus.

That flag is Ireland, not Italy.
Italy's tricolour is green, white and RED.
Ireland's has ORANGE for the red.

That and the name looks more Gaelic than Italian.

So he should be able to source stuff that is available to most brits (yes, I am aware that Ireland is not England, and Northern Ireland is not part of the republic, even if it is part of the GB thing).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
