So I'm outfitting my chaos army and I see the "Aura of Dark Glory" in the chaos rewards. Considering how the Daemon Prince already has the "Daemon" special rule granting a 5+ invulnerable save, would adding this reward do nothing at all or does it stack with the invulnerable save the daemon has naturally making a 4+?

It'd do functionally nothing. (your daemon would have 2 5+ invulnerable saves; but you'd only ever be able to roll one, basically)

It gives you a backup to shieldbreaker rounds IIRC

Other than that, agreed.

I believe shieldbreaker rounds (if we are both talking about the vindicare assassins' special rounds that is) only work on invulnerable saves provided by wargear, so the daemon-USR one shouldn't be effected. (not sure if chaos boons count as wargear, but i suspect the answer is 'no' there too.)

Ah, yep for some reason I was thinking both were wargear.

So the only way to effectively remove them would be the GK power that removes "boons" and the Vindicare good to know I guess

Yeah the 'Dark Excommunication' power should work against the 'Aura of Dark Glory' i believe.

Is there a specific definition of 'daemonic gift' somewhere that i've up to this point been missing? as a 'chaotic boon' is pretty close. (in concept at least)

Page 27, and 73-76 of C: Chaos Daemons.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
