Hi all.

Tonight im playing a 1500 pts game vs my buddys Death Gaurd with my Blood Ravens.

My list is:
Librarean (level 2)

3 units of 10 tactical squads.

1 unit of 10 scouts with telion (with camo cloaks)
in an aegis defence line with a quad gun.

2 vindicators

2 dreadnaoughts (1 with assault cannon, one with a multi melta)


His list is:
Typhus with 6 terms.

2 obliterators

Flying nurgle demon prince

3/4 units of plague marines.

(and i think thats it)

we will be playing on a 72 by 48" board with 3 hills, a forest and a ruin... (were very low on terrain)

any tactics youd like to serve me?

Always nice to see more Blood Ravens.

Remember your quad gun can fire on any reserves that enter the board.

What powers are you going for on your librarian? You may find that being level 2 isn't actually needed. For example, if you've got 1 power that is activated in your opponents turn and 1 that happens in yours

My main concern is, I don't really see what your dreadnoughts are going to accomplish. They're a bit slow for attacking and too short ranged / too few shorts for being on the defence.


Telion and friends should rock though.

Well its a generic list that ive MIDLY adapted for this (ie telion/quad gun)

i dont think hes gonna reserve anything... unless he drops his terms and typhus in? so can i sky fiore at them?

I was going to roll for powers... i quite like the randomness... but id probably opt to chhose Qycic shreik.

I COULD drop a dready for a unit of sniper scouts...

(thinking models i have.)
