This army seems to be a good mix of static heavy gun line supported by mobility. The Overlord and Despair Tek go in the big 20 man warrior blob and can Veil around the board. The Commander Shas'el goes with one of the Fire Warrior squads and all the Tau go behind the ADL. The Commander can fire the Quad Gun and his own TL MP. And the Broadsides can fire all 6 shots at different targets. Tack on the Wraiths to advance with all the Necron elements, with their own heavy support from the Annih Barge and a pair of Night Scythes.

This has been a surprisingly fun army to play. Both opponents I've played have not been able to either shoot down the Necron threat in their face or shoot down the Broadsides raining fire every turn. Focusing on either one means the other is inflicting massive damage or tieing up all your own threats.

You should get a ghost ark so you can broadside while you broadside.

joking aside, with so many broadsides you could opt not to take the stablizers as you should have most of the field coverd anyway, perhaps take some gundrones for wound allocation or some extra fire warrios. also you can take a target array on your 'el and sit it on the quad gun for bs 5 goodness.
