I think i might be buying too many armies and this is causing me serious stress on what to do should i get the apoc book and call it good or should i just stick with what i got and play apoc

You don't really need the apoc book. As for too many armies, sell the ones you dot play and focus on the rest.

I'd tend to agree with this unless you want the books for the special wargear you can take.

as for too many armies if its the painting that's stressing you why not pick a day for each army and devote an hour or so each day to making progress on said army?

This is how I do to avoid going insane. I take it in weekly cycles. This is Ork week. Next week is Tau week, and after that comes Guard week.... so on and so forth.
