This is by no means competitive, just a way for me to use all my terminators (dual FOC):

Deathwing Command Squad, DW banner, Champion, apothecary, plasma cannon, 1xTH/SS, 1xLC

Troops:

DW termies, PW sgt, 1xLC, 1xCF, 1xCML
DW termies, LC sgt, 2xCF, 1xCML
DW termies, 3xTH/SS, 1xLC, AC
DW termies, 3xTH/SS, 1xLC, AC


So there we go, 29 TDA models (36 wounds), 2000pts on the dot, all kinds of buffs, with prescience, powerfield generator, Chappy goodness, DW banner etc...

Probably will be as no one will have the weapons to take them out cleanly and you have enought boots on the ground to survive small arms fire. In combat the down grading of power weapons gives you and edge again.

Plasma cannon / gun heavy armies will be an issue.

I wish I saw more value in the apoth, but being unit only and not having a weapon really hurts. I think it's smarter to remove the apoth and DW standard and try to find a way for the extra points for the Fortitude banner. A 12" FnP aura is much better IMO.

Honestly, this list has several holes. 36 tda wounds really isn't that much at 2k, in 5th it wasn't uncommon to see an equal amount all with SS/Cyclones, and that list was frequently manhandled by Null Zone/boltersand shoota boys. That's a problem because SM and Orks are two of the most common armies people play. I would recommend scaling back the HQs and maybe some termies to get some IG allies to help give you more fire support and bodies.

Also, what is the plan for flyers? You have almost no way to hurt them reliably, and Vendettas/night scythes will be a major issue for you.

Honestly, I don't know how realistic it is to go full DW anymore, especially when the new book gives you so much incentive to just go normal tactical marines. I could see a semi-DW army with say 2 squads fo termy troops mixed with the more standard Marines, since you could capitalize better on the supporting army mixed with the termy beat down.

I agree with all above posts, I would not drop the DW banner though, I really like having the +1A on my termies.
