Death Company+Dread or THSS Termy+Furioso in a BA Semi-Mech List

I've got a BA Semi-Mech List and I'm trying to determine which fits best:
8x Death Company with 2 Power Fists and a Death Company Dread
-or-
5x THSS Termys with a Furioso Dread

Either unit + Dread would be embarked on a Stormraven for delivery.

The rest of the list includes:
Librarian (Shield of Sanguinius) led Armor Wall (LR - Predator {Las Sponsons} - 2x Lasplas Razors)
Behind an Aegis with Quad gun
2x Stormravens
(10 Assault Marines in the LR, 5 Assault Marines in each Razor, 5 Scouts on the Quad gun)

Sit back and shoot with Armor: 6 Lascannons and 1 Autocannon (split on 4 targets).
When the Stormravens come on, the Armor Wall (being Fast) can move forward and all deploy on mass. (Or continue to sit back and shoot up the opponent as he advances.)

So which unit+Dread makes more sense in this list?

I would lean towards the TH/SS Termies, because they could survive if the stormraven crashes.

That said, You are a little lacking for anti-horde, so I'm going to say go for the DC and DC Dread. Also because I want to see DC succeed. Though if you put both the DC and the Dread in the same stormraven that's 600 points that can go down with one lucky shot.
