Can a tervigon who outflanks spawn gaunts who are then able to charge?

All the codex says is gaunts spawned are able to move shoot and assualt normally.

Read the rules for when it can spawn: Only before movement. Since you move onto the board (to late to spawn) you never have the scenario you describe.

All it says is it can spawn termies before it has moved so would it not enter the board using outflank then spawn then move?

And in reserves it says you can deploy them onto the board AND THEN MOVE which would mean they are on the board so they can spawn correct?

Read page 124 carefully. It says a unit arriving from reserve is treated as though it were positioned just off the board edge when coming in from reserve and it must move onto the board using their movement for the turn. The Tervigon therefore CANNOT spawn on the turn it arrives from reserves as it had to use its movement in order to get on the board and spawning must be done before the Tervigon makes any sort of movement at all while it is on the board.

The beginning of the movement phase is before any and all movement.

Moving onto the board is the movement for the outflanking model that turn. It doesn't get to move onto the board, and then move again.

Since it can't spawn models before it moves onto the board, it can't spawn models at all for that turn.
