I don't know the exact cost of the Stormraven for the Black Templars, so this may not be accurate, but here's what I thought:

Headquarters:

Master of Sanctity, artificer armor, termie honors, PF, LC, frags, kraks, melta bombs, 238pts
Emperor's Champion, Accept Any Challenge No Matter The Odds, 140pts

Elites:

Sword Brethren Assault Terminators, 3xTH/SS, 2xLC, furious charge, 215pts
Venerable Dreadnought, Tank Hunter, 145pts
Sword Brethren Terminators, 2xCML, tank hunters, 265pts
ADL, quad-gun, 100pts

Troops:

Crusaders (x5), PC
Crusaders (x5), PC
Crusaders (x10), PF, flamer, BP/CCW, frags, kraks, seals, drop-pod, 261pts
Crusaders (x10), PW, PG, boltguns, drop-pod, 206

Heavy-Support:

Stormraven Gunship, TLMM, hurricane bolters, 230pts

The MoS, assault termies, EC and Ven Dread all hop on the Stormraven and get dropped off in the thick of things for some assault goodness. The rest of the army will hopefully take care of any anti-air the enemy might have and provide some fire-support from behind the ADL, I know for a fact that the tank-hunting CML termies are absolutely devastating for flyers (using the quad-gun). After the drop-off (and assuming it's still alive) the Stormraven can provide some fire-support.

I know it's not a uber-competitive army but I think this would be a lot of fun to play.

Any thoughts?

Yeah, I base the points for the stormraven off of the Grey Knights Stormraven, but I don't know if the point cost for Space Marines and Black Templars will be different.

As far as the list itself, I realize it's not that crazy but I think it would be a fun way to bring some "assaulty goodness" back to the templars... assuming the Stormraven makes it past the turn it arrives...
