Hello, GW once sold a limited edition Wall of Martyrs set that was pretty large and now they have the 3 different sets. Are the 3 different sets that are available now exactly the same thing that was in the limited edition set that was previously released or are they different? Would appreciate some feedback. Thank you

I don't know if it was a limited edition thing; I think it was just a collection of the 3 kits in one, like the Imperial Sector box, which has the three building terrain kits in it. If it was limited edition, you probably wouldn't have the Wall of Martyrs box sets, or they'd be far more expensive.

Games Workshop - Just because a dog is in the doghouse doesn't mean you don't care for them anymore. But when they crap on the floor over and over again, you need to make it clear that their behaviour won't be tolerated.

Looking at the box art more closely it looks like the "imperial defense network" might contain 2 or more sets of the trenches in the wall of martyrs.

The three separate kits are exactly the same thing that was in the big box, except that you got 1 bunker, 2 emplacements, and 3 defense lines for only $160. There's a reason it sold out in pretty much a day.

Confirming Portugal Jones. Everything that came in the Wall of Martyrs box is available as separate purchasable items.

It contained:
3 Defense lines ($41 each)
2 Defense emplacements ($30 each)
1 Bunker. ($33 each)

Which is MORE than enough for just about anything. When strung out, those pieces will cross 6' of table (long standard table length) with a very slight overhang.

All said and done, the box had $216 worth of plastic for $160.

I happened to get lucky a few weeks ago. One of the local shops here had the Wall of Martyrs on sale for $100.

I'm currently considering whether to pick up another bunker and defense line to add to it. Last week we used it as the hallways for a space station. Worked out nicely.

I really enjoy this terrain, set up two opposing trenchlines and had a good ole fashion game of no mans land...... until some one brought their helldrakes. Game over
