Has anyone ever run Asmodai?

I know hes only got a 3+ save when he really should have artificer, and blades of reason instant death but only S user and AP - (AP dash really... should at least be AP 4).

On the outside he does kinda look tasty 140 for a chaplain with an instant death weapon but .... and its a big but, he just doesn't live up to what he should .

I like to mix up lists and thought he could be interesting to use, just wondering if anyone has ever had any success with him and if so, how?

Never fielded him... But for less points you can get a librarian that still lets you re-roll hits, and has different weapons that can insta-kill via force-weapon...

Big letdown, specially considering the fluff around him, he should be a vicious bastard...

Asmodai is bad and has always been.

Interrogator-Chaplain on Bike however with Mace of Redemption and Shroud of Heroes however, is a scary hatred-missile of death with a 2+ cover save for moving.

Asmodai is a practically new unit and hasn't seen enough table time.

He doesn't see any table time because he's a joke of a character that no one would take.

Agreed, an interrogator chaplain, especially a named one shoud not outfought by a generic librarian.
