Is it possible that some Necrons fought for the C'Tan when the Silent King turned on them, who tried to save and preserve as many C'Tan or C'Tan shards as possible?

Would those Necrons, having escaped from the Silent King because of the long sleep, be themselves waking now?

Could there be a Tomb World or even Dynasty still loyal to the life-consuming legacy of the C'Tan?

All necrons were controlled by the silent king with a command protocol, he controlled the entire race and they could not disobey him. Same way a computer programme does as it is commanded

No, The Silent King had the complete and utter servitude of the Necrons via command protocols which the C'tan gave him.

I don't see why not (and besides, there are the Destroyers, but they want to eradicate all life instead of turning the galaxy into a giant cattle ranch like the C'tan wanted).

Gods? There are no gods. Merely existences, obstacles to overcome.
