More re-starting Rhulic been out of the game a few years and dug up my old Rhulic force.
My friends and I are getting back into it and plan on starting out with 15 point games. They have skorne, retribution, Khador and Cygnar. (the starter sets)
I have
Gorton
Driller
5x gunners
Gorman di Wulfe, Rogue Alchemist
Reinholdt, Gobber Speculator.
Should I pick any warjacks or units up ? Or can I make a decent 15 point force with this ?

There really is not much else unless you want to go for a basher or even another driller will do nicely.
You want to run gunners in packs of three or a minimum of two.
I would recommend this
Gorten
Driller
Rockram
Gunner
Gunner
Gorman
Alternatively you can try
Gorten
Driller
Thor
Rockram
Gorman
With either 2 deck guns or a max unit of halberdiers. Thor is on the rockram marshaling it.
It you let gorten manage the rockram you can pick up piper of ord and he makes a unit tough!

I would say Thor is a must for any rhulic list as well as a unit of forgeguard, and an ogrun bokur. Bashers are also fantastic with either gorten or thor and they can deal with relatively hard single targets and groups of soft targets with flak field.
My rhulic lists usually look like this:
Gorten
-Rockram/driller/basher
Thor
Avalancher/basher
Forgeguard
Ogrun Bokur
And then I fill in whatever points are left with herne and jonne, a unit of ATGMs, or highshields. I havent expanded into other mercs that are available in the highborn contract yet.

I Disagree a bit with the Bokur. I have a Bokur in my army and he seems to never do anything for me. I don't think he is needed.
I take him for my second solo in my Ossrum Tier list, but that is because we don't have another solo that is worth wild.

I would suggest you keep trying him out. In around six games that I have used the bokur, he has done nothing but smash face, stifle my opponent's movements, and assassinate high DEF warcasters. He provides an excellent mixture of being a relatively hard target to deal with while hitting pretty freakin hard. I find that dwarves do not have a whole lot of access to really high MAT/RAT models to deal with some of those high DEF models. Ogrun bokurs are MAT8 on their charge and MAT10 if within range of their client. POW 17 cracks those high def models pretty easily. Besides that, shield guard basically negating a ranged assassination attempt is golden. All of this will depend on your battle group though. I play against alot of Cygnar, retribution, and some skorne so the bokur does come in handy. Your mileage may vary though.
