Hi, id like to give this situation:

When the 1st player deploys, must the 2nd player already tell him the units the 2nd player will keep in reserves? or does the 2nd player only do this when it is the 2nd player's turn to deploy?

As above. Both players follow the deployment sequence.

Otherwise you would hav e a silly situation of "you tell me first. no, you tell me." and so on.
