Can you equip a guardsman with a vox, and then say give him a meltagun? Or is it one of the unit where it states meltaguns after voxes, and says "if the model has not been equipped yet, you may give one of the following"? So I'm just wondering if a vox guardsman can have a weapon besides a lasgun

Only lasguns for the vox-ey man I'm afraid.

For the CCS, PCS and Infantry Squad the wording is pretty clear, "...Other Guardsman..." "...remaining Guardsman that has not been upgraded...", the only possibility I see (having spent all of three minutes on the problem) is in a Vet squad with the Demolitions doctrine to give the Vox guy the Demo charge (though I'm sure that's not what you had in mind).

If anyone else has spotted a way round it, please chime in.
