If you want exact colors.
There is this thread:

Other wise what I would do is this. I think the have simular colors of the WWI Belgium or French army. I would look up a painting guide to those and adjust from that.

A hemophobic Khorne berzerker, a germophobic plague marine and a sexy Skaven walk in to a Games workshop.....

Dipping With Wood Stain

Welwyn Garden City, Herts

For these I used :

Great Coats - Vallejo Model Color German Grey ( 167 ) highlighted with VMC Luftwaffe Uniform WWII (105)

Carapace Armour/ Helmet - First coat VMC Luftwaffe Uniform WWWII (105) , then VMC French Mir Blue (59) , with extreme highlights of GW's Astronomican Grey

Trousers - GW's Fenris Grey highlighted with VMC French Mir Blue (59) and GW's Astronomican Grey

The guns were basecoated Boltgun Metal, then a very watery wash of black ink mixed with Windsor and Newton Matt Acrilyc Medium, then a very watery wash of Chestnut Ink and the Medium then a "damp brush" of Boltgun Metal to finish.

Photo's a bit dark on the grenadiers sorry - the WiP of the Heavy Stubber may be better
