Dip it in hot water for a minute or so, then bend it in whatever way you want it, then finally put it in the refrigerator or similar. Works good for my resin bitz.

For thin things like that, you can just hold them up to your desk lamp if it pumps out a fair bit of heat, then just bend it back into shape. Larger thongs definitely need the hot water treatment though.
