It's an interesting list, but in a competitive scene I do not think it will work. My first comment is that I would run at most 2 crimson hunters with no upgrades. Three takes a lot of points out of your army, and if you play any tau list with some skyfire and smart missiles, your army will crumble. I prefer to take support weapons batteries with shadow weavers over the vehicles. They provide more wounds than the nightspinenr, are T7 which is tough to hurt and are a lot cheaper. I would take out one ranger squad and maybe put in a second squad of bikes with the left over points from taking shadow weavers instead of night spinners and dropping the rangers. Lastly, without the third crimson hunter you can put in a squad of spiders, or whatever suits your flavor. You can also just keep it in if you want. It's just with the current meta Tau and necrons which always show up are going to give your list a ton of problems.
