Hey guys,

I have 2 weeks off comming up and want to make a flying base for my Thunderhawk.

I already have a plinth and have some ideas that I thought I would run by you guys.

Idea 1)

Base half the plinth in flagstones and creat a plaza with a spacemarine statue in the centre. The back half of the plinth will have a squad of vostroyans fighting an unseen foe from sandbags/barricades with dead littered around the plaza.

Idea 2)

Base half the plinth as gardens, fountain in the middle (smashed up) creaters in the lawn with dead vostroyans and then the front half of an imperial church being defended.

Idea 3)

As above but with a flagstone courtyard.

My vostrpyan and spacewolves are both based for urban conditions so wish to keep a city theme.

The plinth is 12" long by 9" wide so a fairly big block of wood

I like the sound of option to the best. Good luck with your project, ensure to post plenty of pictures because this sounds epic.
